Yoon-Hi started her career at Fidelity Investments, following her interest in capital markets. After gaining experience in the asset management industry, she earned her MBA at Babson College. Upon graduation, she worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, drawn to its consultative client-facing and analytical nature of work.
She then moved on to pursue leadership opportunities such as Director of Strategic Marketing back at Fidelity Investments, starting her own business in the home remodeling industry, a financial leadership role as a CFO at non-profit organizations, and most recently at the Lexington Christian Academy.
Her diverse experience allowed her to see that she does her best work when analytical work, opportunity to help clients and entrepreneurship come together. This realization led her back to financial services when she decided to join The Bulfinch Group in January 2020. She is passionate about helping individuals, families and small businesses to build and preserve their wealth.
Yoon-Hi lives with her husband, son and two cats in Burlington and her passion outside of work includes music, tennis and Latin Ballroom.
Yoon-Hi earned her MBA from Babson College’s Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, as well as both a Master of and Bachelor of Music Piano Performance at Boston University.
