Thomas Licciardello, CFP®

With more than 45 years of experience in financial services, Thomas “Tom” Licciardello has built his career around helping individuals and families achieve financial confidence. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and fiduciary, Tom takes a personal, client-first approach to comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and retirement strategies, grounded in understanding each client's goals, priorities, and life circumstances.

In 2026, Tom established a strategic partnership with The Bulfinch Group and fellow advisors Amy Lampert and Leigh McCloskey, expanding the resources and specialization available to his clients while preserving the trusted relationships and personalized service he has cultivated throughout his career. Tom remains his clients' primary financial advisor, supported by a team that shares his commitment to putting clients first.

Outside his professional life, Tom has a longstanding passion for running and community involvement. He is a founding member of the Merrimack Valley Striders, established in 1979, and has helped promote fitness and support local students through the club's charitable and scholarship initiatives. In 2004, he took part in a 25-day coast-to-coast running relay from San Francisco to Boston's Fenway Park that raised approximately $300,000 for children's charities.

Tom and his wife, Lyn, enjoy running, travel, and an active lifestyle. They are proud parents of two daughters, Amy and Crissy. Tom's interests also include cycling, skiing, automobiles, and technology. They currently reside in North Andover, MA.
