Spencer Plassman joined The Bulfinch Group in 2025. He specializes in working with professionals, families and business owners, helping them navigate their mid and long-term financial goals. His love for personal finance and educating people was a natural pivot to a career as a financial professional.
With a deep-rooted understanding of the significance of financial confidence and a holistic approach to financial strategies — stemming from observing too many inconsistencies in an individual’s financial world — Spencer is on a mission to empower his clients. His goal is to help professionals and business owners achieve a more secure financial future, enabling them to focus on what truly matters in their lives.
Originally from Ohio, Spencer’s previous role in the film industry took him from Atlanta to New York, eventually landing in the Boston area to be closer to family. Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communication with a minor in Business from Ohio University.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys his busy family life with 4-year son Graham and infant daughter Penelope. He also enjoys basketball, golf and trying out new music venues. Spencer and his wife currently reside in Maynard.
