Ray joined The Bulfinch Group in November 2025, drawn to the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct, personal connection. Coming from an immigrant family, he witnessed firsthand the challenges his parents faced as they began building a life in America — experiences that shaped his commitment to helping others find stability and confidence in their financial futures.
Shaped by watching his parents navigate the financial challenges of starting over in a new country, Ray is deeply committed to helping others build stability and confidence in their own futures. He works with individuals, families, and young professionals to address life’s uncertainties through personalized strategies in cash flow management, protection planning, and education. His mission is to support professionals and small business owners in defining their goals and implementing flexible, protective financial plans. With a strong belief in the importance of starting early, Ray is dedicated to educating and empowering clients so they can make informed, confident decisions throughout their financial journeys.
Ray earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Assumption University, where he was a Division 2 swimmer throughout all four years.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys staying active — whether playing basketball, going to the gym, running, or swimming. He also loves spending time with friends, often catching up at local cafés. Originally from Revere, where he spent summers lifeguarding for the Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation (DCR), Ray now resides in Arlington.
