Lauren Herrmann

Lauren Herrmann joined The Bulfinch Group in June 2026. Drawing on an extensive background in corporate learning and development, as well as years of client-facing experience with leading financial services organizations, she is passionate about helping individuals become more confident and effective in managing their financial lives.

Prior to joining The Bulfinch Group, Lauren held a variety of front-office, client service, and learning and development roles at State Street and Thomson Financial. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed educating, supporting, and empowering others, making the transition to financial services a natural extension of her commitment to helping people. She is driven by the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of the individuals and families she serves by building meaningful relationships and providing thoughtful guidance and support.

Lauren earned both her Master of Business Administration and a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Southern New Hampshire University. She also completed a Certificate in Agile Management through Villanova University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active and challenging herself. She is passionate about CrossFit, strength training, and running, and is a member of a local running club. A former amateur weightlifter, she embraces the discipline and perseverance that athletics require. She also enjoys playing the piano, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren and her husband, John, live in Winchester, Massachusetts, with their adult daughter, Marlowe. She is actively involved in her community, serving on the boards of WinCam and Friends of Winchester Recreation. Lauren is also a field responder for the ASPCA, reflecting her passion for giving back and helping both people and animals in need.
