Kaylee Harmon

Kaylee Harmon began her career at The Bulfinch Group as a marketing intern under the guidance of Director of Marketing, Caroline Christiano. Throughout her time at Endicott College, she completed several internships with the firm, gaining valuable experience in marketing and communications.

After graduating, Kaylee joined The Bulfinch Group full-time as the Financial Representative Liaison, where she supported aspiring financial professionals through their onboarding and development process. After three years in that role, she transitioned to her current position as Marketing Specialist.

In this role, Kaylee helps financial advisors attract, engage, and retain clients through strategic marketing initiatives. Her work encompasses cultivating target markets, developing marketing strategies, creating content, managing digital campaigns, and coordinating events that strengthen client and community relationships.
