Kathryn joined The Bulfinch Group in June 2023, after graduating from Bridgewater State University. In her role as Agency Operations Support Specialist, Kathryn is responsible for the following general administration, facilities, and business management duties:
- Manage BCS (Bulfinch Client Services): client service requests | in-force illustrations | conservation reports
- Process broker contracting | appointments | direct deposit
- Process broker address changes
- Coordinate repairs and re-stock supplies for office environment and equipment
- Provide Reception desk coverage and remote coverage for Boston Reception email
- Provide administration support for Operations
Kathryn is an avid skier, disc golfer and recently jumped on the pickle ball craze — she enjoys most activities that allow her to be in nature. She and her husband Joshua reside in New Bedford and are active in their church.
