Justin W. Plourde

Justin joined The Bulfinch Group in 2019 as an Operations Associate, managing the firm’s New Business Desk and helping to improve operational efficiencies and oversee new account openings. In July 2022, he was promoted to Director of Investment Operations, working directly with Financial Associates to provide training and case support around the firm's investment business and related tools. In this role, Justin provides structure to help ensure a consistent and superior execution and maintain an environment of continuous optimization of team performance, systems, and processes. 

In March 2025, a new position was created for Justin — Head of Technology. Justin is stepping into this newly created role, in addition to managing his current position as Director of Investment Operations. In his expanded capacity, he will be serving as both an architect of Bulfinch's technological success and IT systems. 

A graduate of Roger Williams University, Justin brings several years of broker/dealer experience to the firm. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hiking and visiting family in NH. He currently resides in Lynnfield, MA where he lives with his wife Stacie and daughter Harper.
