Since 2005, I have been aligning with businesses and professionals by providing the most extensive scope of employee and executive benefits, wealth accumulation, in addition to income and wealth protection for individuals.
A successful employee and employer relationship is built on what incentives will maximize a Key Person's performance to achieve maximum compensation and employer sponsored protections. I advocate at the intersection of their best interests by showing them how to take shape of their recruiting, retention, and rewards strategies.
My process is using creative and innovative solutions that define, quantify, and properly value how Key Persons should be recognized and rewarded. This is accomplished by focusing on risk adjustments, creating more certainty, tax optimization, and retirement funding. The result is the potential for greater stability, prosperity, and protection for Key Person/s, their family, and their employer.
Much of my professional career has been inspired and influenced by my late father, Jay, who was a great friend and leader in the executive benefit market. We also share pride in the rank of Eagle Scout and exploring the great outdoors.
I grew up in Metro West, MA, graduated from Boston College and am currently raising a family in Needham. I strive to positively impact the community that has supported me.
