Ellie joined the firm in July 2023 as an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist, working closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in Needham. In her role, she is responsible for assisting the TA team to source candidates for the Financial Advisor (FA) role and elevate the candidate experience through management of the selection process and candidate interaction.
Ellie earned her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Auburn University (and served as an intern for CBS News’ 60 Minutes her junior year). Upon graduation in 2019, she spent some time at CBS News in NYC until the pandemic hit. After spending some time at home with her family, she decided to move back to Boston, and transitioned into agency recruitment. Now spending the last 2.5 years recruiting for Technical Operations professionals, she is looking for a new role where she can play a bigger role in the full recruitment process, build stronger relationships with FA candidates, and work with the FR Development Team to help FA's build a practice and live the life that they always strived for.
Outside of work, Ellie loves spending time with family and friends. Although she was never much of an athlete herself, she is an avid Boston sports fan as well as a major Auburn Tigers fan. She loves to read in her free time and has a secret love for Broadway musicals.
