Deane joined The Bulfinch Group in April 2026 with a mission to empower individuals, families, and businesses through practical financial education and guidance. Recognizing that many institutions emphasize theory over real-world application, he focuses on delivering personalized, actionable strategies tailored to each stage of life. Whether helping early earners build financial momentum, supporting families in protecting and growing wealth, or guiding retirees toward sustainable, tax-efficient income, Deane provides a disciplined, long-term approach designed to turn uncertainty into clarity and improve financial outcomes.
Deane holds an MBA from Babson College and earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University. Prior to joining The Bulfinch Group, he served as a senior portfolio manager at three large asset management firms, where he specialized in portfolio construction and business development.
He resides on the North Shore with his wife, Rosa, and their two daughters, both college student-athletes. Outside of work, Deane is an avid supporter of lacrosse and field hockey and enjoys staying active through skiing, surfing, biking, paddleboarding, and CrossFit.
